1.1 Age Requirement

The 7r7 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account with 7r7, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 7r7 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming policy.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 7r7. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 7r7 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or transactions associated with those accounts.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and maintain that accuracy throughout your use of the Platform. Supplying false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

1.4 Geographic Restrictions

7r7 is operated for the Bangladesh market. You are responsible for determining whether your access to and use of 7r7 is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7r7 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside of its intended market. Access from restricted territories may result in account suspension.

2.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7r7 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7r7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 7r7 support immediately at [email protected].

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

7r7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of your registered mobile number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirmation)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within 90 days)
• Source of funds documentation, where required by internal compliance review

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension. Verification is a one-time process for most accounts; however, 7r7 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

2.3 Account Closure

You may close your 7r7 account at any time by contacting support. 7r7 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing and verification checks have been completed.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7r7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on 7r7 is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 7r7 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are typically processed on the same business day for amounts under ৳50,000, subject to the Platform's operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Larger withdrawals or requests from accounts pending full KYC verification may take up to five (5) business days to process. 7r7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before authorising any withdrawal.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 7r7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Any currency conversion charges incurred through your payment provider are your own responsibility. 7r7 does not accept liability for exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by 7r7 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. These conditions are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Actions considered abusive include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. 7r7 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

4.4 Promotional Changes

7r7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of promotional offers may vary depending on your account status, location, and activity level on the Platform.

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on 7r7 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcome of all games is determined independently by RNG or live dealer procedures. 7r7 does not influence game outcomes in any way.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

5.3 Technical Failures

6.1 Forbidden Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 7r7 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error will be voided

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person

7.1 Ownership

The 7r7 name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks of 7r7.

7.2 Restricted Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the 7r7 platform content, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of 7r7. Unauthorised use of any 7r7 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

7r7 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 7r7 shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising from Platform unavailability.

8.2 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7r7's total cumulative liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 7r7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7r7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, 7r7 excludes all implied warranties, conditions, and representations to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 Entire Agreement
